Type At Home for money!

I'm sure you've seen the ads. Typing for cash, Type Simple Data Entry from home, Home Based Typing Income and more. Can Type At Home programs work for you?

If you are comfortable typing on a computer then Type At Home Jobs may be for you. There are misconceptions about Type At Home that you will be typing endlessly to earn nothing. I believe that Type At Home is an easy work at home job if you feel comfortable on the computer If you can type at a good speed and be accurate. Of course today with the tools available like spell check, grammar check etc, it makes it a lot easier. In fact it's possible to earn good money doing Type At Home jobs on line.

Another misconception is that Type At Home jobs are scams. This is probably the "too good to be true" adverts with promises of overnight riches working from home. Some people will join a Type At Home program and think that the money will start flowing in. If it doesn't then they call the program a failure. You won't get something for nothing.

Type At Home is the definitely the most popular Home Data Typers program available. Many people have seen very good profits using this program. Some of these programs utilizes Google Adwords as its cash engine, and by following their techniques they provide, there is an opportunity to make some nice earnings. This strategy works great for people starting out, and if you want to make some quick cash, this might just be the program for you. There are legitimate Type At Home work programs available. In fact I have a separate Type At Home web page whereby I highlight what in my opinion are the best and most popular Type At Home programs.

I also like to emphasize making sure that whichever Type At Home company you decide to join has a money back guarantee for your protection. I believe any good company should offer this if they are worth their salt.

Type At Home is one of the more popular home based business opportunities as it is very low-cost to get started. I have included a list of equipment that you will need to start below:

Computer Access to Internet Printer

I would also suggest that you use a unique email address. This is merely a suggestion not a requirement.

The potential in the Type At Home business is great. There are many small and large companies that outsource Type At Home. Many people are making $1000 - $3000 a month additional income. In order to get to this level of income it is important that you understand the skills that you'll need and where to look for Type At Home programs.

Please feel free to visit my web page for Type At Home product reviews. If you decide to try one of our programs, please let me know your opinion of the whole process. Your opinion is important to me. I also have a FREE Email Newsletter series, which gives you the 2007 Top Rated Data Entry Programs.

Gossip - A Form of Workplace Violence

To many folks, the idea of workplace violence connotes the physical harm that one may do to another. However, there is another form of workplace violence that is as dangerous and insidious, and this is workplace gossip.

Gossip is any language that would cause another harm, pain, or confusion that is used outside the presence of another for whom it is intended.

As a facilitator, trainer and business coach, I've experienced numerous workplace situations where gossip was a norm. Curiously enough, in these same organizations, most folks would say they were "against" it. Even more, in these same situations, after formal meetings to discuss the "gossip issue," after sensitivity workshops designed to reduce and eliminate pernicious gossip, after mandating "there be no more gossip..." and after pledging to have more honest, open and direct communication (wherein folks verbalized their "commitment to speak directly to a colleague, in order to eliminate the "gossip problem,") many of these same committed folks consciously choose to continue to engage in the practice of gossip.

Why?

Gossip is essentially a form of attack, which often arise from an individuals conscious and unconscious fears. For some people, their ostensible commitment "not to gossip" is easily lost in their fears, anxieties, or concerns about what their life might be like if they stopped gossiping. (e.g., Who would I be then? What would I do then? How would I be one of the guys? "Would I have to eat lunch alone?" "Would I lose all my friends?") Some broader definitions of gossip not only relate to "negative" remarks, but even extend to "positive" or "neutral" remarks that are focused on making conversation that is centered on the activities/behaviors of others, again, outside the presence of that person.

Stopping the practice of "talking about others" is challenging for many. Why? Many folks just can't be authentic in life. So, many revert to the self-defense mechanism of gossiping, which is a defense mechanism or self-protection device they use to so they never have to :show up", or be vulnerable, or disclose information about their feelings or emotions, or "open up". For these folks, gossiping is a strategy for protecting against revealing one's real or true self. These folks have walked around for so long wearing masks and assuming false identities, that opening up and revealing who they really, really are is just downright frightening and threatening.

So, one's inner desire to be authentic and sincere, and not gossip, needs to emerge from a person's deep sense of integrity, and from a conscious, heart-felt desire to be harmless in the context of their life and in their interactions with others.

Without this profound inner commitment to harmlessness, an injunction to "stop gossiping", for example, is simply an outer induced rule or policy that can often bring up ego-based behaviors in reaction to the "rule." So, one continues to find "excuses" (since there's never a "reason") to gossip.

From this outer perspective toward gossiping, some people may take on the role of being an enforcer of the rule; others may not want to enforce the rule because they dont wish to be perceived as too assertive, too aggressive, too pushy, or too tough when they call others on their gossiping. In addition, others may not want to be identified as a "do-gooder", "crusader", or "spiritual" etc.

In addition, there are those folks who want or need to be liked and accepted, and who want or need others to feel comfortable with them, and so they often continue to engage in the gossip when approached. Why? They don't want to feel like the "odd one out."

So, at the end of the day (and throughout the day!), the commitment not to gossip often dissipates rather quickly over time.

Or, someone may be "upholding the rule" outwardly, but still be gossiping in their thoughts, still sending out hostile vibrations, and just being quiet about it. Often, this covert behavior is even more dangerous and insidious.

Gossip is a fear-based behavior and so one's need for self-protection (i.e., not "show up" authentically) is often greater than ones initial commitment "not to gossip." The self-protection brings a kind of pseudo safety and false sense of well-being that might otherwise be in jeopardy; so one continues to gossip to keep the focus on "someone else, not me."

For other folks, the issue is not so much that they're consciously being self-protective; it's when they DON'T KNOW they are being self-protective that is critical, and thus, many people are unable to take self-responsibility for their behavior. As a result, many folks begin to look outside themselves (blame, find fault, complain, whine...) when they fail to take responsibility for themselves, as they dont have the awareness to go inside to explore "what's up." So, they gossip and look to fine some "reason", out there, to gossip.

Unless we truly explore our inner behavior (mental models, self-images, ego constructs, super-ego judgments, attendant beliefs, feelings and emotions), we cannot be free from both the urge and the habit of gossip.

We can stop gossiping in the workplace only when an inner desire emerges from a deep sense of integrity and authenticity, and a conscious desire to be harmless in the context of our life and in our interactions with others.

Gossip is a form of workplace violence. To be free from inflicting this violence on others we need to explore and heal the split between our outer self and inner self. Only then can we live honest, sincere and responsible lives in the workplace, and out.

How to coach yourself about gossiping:

Why am I engaging in gossiping or supporting others who do so? What does gossiping get me? Is there another way to get this same result without harming another? Does gossiping align with my personal and my organization's espoused values around respecting and honoring people? Would I repeat this gossip directly to the person its about? Would I want to be quoted on TV or in the papers or in the company newsletter? Would I encourage my children to engage in the behavior of gossip? Would I engage in it if it were about a relative or personal friend? Am I expressing my authenticity, sincerity, and integrity when I gossip? Does gossiping match my commitments to my self and others? Do I feel ethical when I'm gossiping?

Navicular Disease, Contracted Heels And Bad shoeing Practices

If youre studying navicular disease youre undoubtedly finding a fairly wide array of information. Lets just look at it from the prevention/shoeing perspective.

Navicular disease accurately describes a deteriorating condition of the navicular bones that lie in the horses foot. Causes can vary and actually pinpointing the real cause often times is left undetected there are just too many factors that can contribute to the problem. One such factor is shoeing.

The navicular bones are under constant pressure from the deep flexor tendon. The deep flexor tendon is the long steel like cable of tendon that runs down the back of the leg down the back side of the pastern joint right over the navicular bones and attaches itself to the coffin bone. Without that deep flexor tendon there basically is nothing to support the weight of the horse and the fetlock joint would collapse and fall to the ground.

So while the navicular bones are pressed into the foot by the deep flexor tendon it would be prudent to make sure the bones in the navicular area can function at their best which brings us to how shoeing can have an affect.

Its typically understood that contracted heels have a negative effect on navicular disease. The narrow heels squeeze and crowd the navicular bones. The bones need room to breathe so to speak and contracted (narrow) heels dont allow this.

Horses with long toes, where the hoof wall is allowed to keep growing out in front, have a tendency toward contracted heels. The reason for this is as the toe keeps moving and growing forward the load and weight of the horse has a tendency to stretch the hoof wall more forward this condition will drag the heels forward as well. As the heels press forward the heels also contract and narrow. The pinching of the navicular bones start and so do the possible problems.

While the heels move forward they usually get shorter meaning the angle of the hoof reduces and the heels of the foot are closer to the ground as well the horse needs lifts in the heel. This lower heel condition also puts more pressure on the deep flexor tendon against the navicular bones. The problems are compounding arent they? Narrow heels, low slung heels with more pressure against the navicular bones and added to that the stretch against the deep flexor tendon is also pulling at the coffin bone possibly causing coffin bone rotation (the tip of the coffin bone driving downward toward the ground).

To combat these issues is surely necessary and possible. For one start moving the shoe toward the rear of the horse. The shoe can be moved very close to the white line on the bottom of the foot and the excess hoof wall can be removed by rasping. This will help prevent the hoof wall from continuing to stretch forward and pull the heels with it. By moving the shoe rearward the heels of the shoe move to the rear of the foot as well helping support the heel of the foot from sinking into the ground which causes more stretch and pressure.

Now that some changes have been made in the right direction youll also want to help the heels expand (width) to give the navicular bones more room. Removing the bars of the hoof will allow more expansion (width) movement at the heels. Leaving the heel nail out of the lateral side of the foot will also give one side of the foot freedom to expand. In an extreme case its possible to rasp away at the bars widening the heels as well. Temporarily and sometimes permanently it may be necessary to use wedge pads to elevate the heel of the horse as well.

shoeing is very important and there are more things to consider with regard to shoeing that are as important as the above aforementioned discussion. The reason these corrections have been discussed in the first place is most likely due to Farriers not using the correct methods of shoeing to start with. To prevent horse lameness youll want to be informed for yourself. The Author of this article has a 16 year 100% track record Not One Single Lame Horse. bowflex for Baby Boomers

There are hundreds and maybe thousands of physical fitness gurus all claiming to have the perfect answer, the magic bullet for physical fitness and a solution to a healthier body and lifestyle. Well, Im not going to claim to have the perfect answer! However, I do have a few tips on an easy to use piece of exercise equipment that may be one of the best for all ages and is particularly suitable for those of us who are either baby boomers or a bit more seasoned. Its the bowflex...any version but a basic machine such as the bowflex Sport is a perfect place to start.

So whats the catch here? Absolutely no catch whatsoever..... just an enthusiasm to share some ideas on perhaps one of the most efficient, versatile and affordable exercise machines available for home use. The bowflex combines aerobic and strength training with a smooth pulley and power rod resistance system thats easy set up. You can easily switch resistance with the power rods through a wide range of motions for a complete strength and aerobic workout. Now dont get me wrong on the expected results. The bowflex ads show smiling, well muscled young people whom we all would like to look like, no matter what age. Well, now you may just want to get back some muscle tone and some of that past strength and endurance you once had. At any rate, here we are at 55, 60, 65 or older and card carrying members of AARP. Most of us simply want to maintain or improve our strength, muscle tone and respiratory efficiency. Today many doctors and physical fitness experts are espousing weight training and especially the use of free weights as we age. Everyone now acknowledges that maintaining and / or building our strength is critical in later years. We will certainly function with greater confidence and renewed strength but we will also be less likely to fall and if we do, less likely to suffer fractures since strength training adds to our bone mass. What we dont hear talked about too frequently is the potential of injury with free weights if not properly supervised. Added to the injury possibility, there is also the need for other pieces of equipment such as various benches and supports in order to get a full range of activity with free weights.

So, lets talk about the bowflex. Perhaps youve seen the infomercials and watched as the group of well muscled young men and women gathered around a bowflex machine and marveled at how easy it works and the quality of the workout it provides. So, how does this apply to you...at 55, 60, 65 years or older?

First, you can safely use the bowflex without needing a partner. However before staring a program check with your physician to insure that you have no physical ailments that would preclude vigorous exercise. The bowflex is a home device and since its in your home, its available at anytime. I must caution you on the hype of now you can use it anytime of your choosing. That may be correct, but to be successful you must establish a set time every day for your workout. Once you start slipping or changing times, you run the very real danger of skipping days and then a week or more and then suddenly you have no set program and youre back to being a couch potato.

The bowflex machine comes with a very nice manual of exercises and instructions and most will also have an instructional DVD. Lets walk through some bowflex 101 in the real world and set some realistic goals and simple to follow instructions:

1.Maintain a set time schedule either daily or every other day. Many prefer early morning exercise routines so that it doesnt get cancelled out later in the day by unexpected events.....or lost will power. Early workouts also tend to set a positive, go get em attitude when those endorphins kick in from good prolonged vigorous exercise. Many experts say that the most effective time for the body to exercise is mid-afternoon and the least effective is at night. Working out late in the evening may also cause some sleep disruption.

2.Review the exercise manual that bowflex provides but dont become a slave to the described routines. While the programs were developed by experts, let your own sense of whats working be your guide.

3.After reviewing the manual, establish your beginning program routine and stick to it for at least two full weeks or longer without deviation. Maintaining a consistent pattern will allow you to assess whether the program youve selected is comfortable for you and not too boring. Its important to make the workout interesting as well as challenging. Boredom can lead to you dropping out so dont let that happen!

4.Design your program to include aerobic as well as strength activities. While the bowflex will greatly assist in developing strength, the aerobic exercises are terrific and important.

5.Start off with easy resistance power rods. Remember, this is going to be a lifestyle addition and not a quick fix so there is no reason to use too much weight resistance at the beginning. It is best to get comfortable with how the bowflex operates using lower resistance and then gradually increase the weight / resistance.

6.Dont feel compelled to do the manual. Select the exercises that work well with your strength and flexibility and rotate through them. Make sure, though, that you balance upper body, arms, legs and abdominals in your program.

7.Make sure you take advantage of the aerobic rowing motion. The seat glides easily and the resistance power rods and pulleys are exceptionally smooth in operation.

8.Be Creative! In a short time, youll be totally at ease and be able to handle any of the bowflex routines. When that happens, youre now ready to mix and match and create new routines on your own.

So, while this is an exercise machine for all ages, the bowflex from my experience is exceptionally well suited for the great generation of Baby Boomers and beyond. Its simplicity of set up, easy switching process from one exercise routine to another, wide range of weight resistance and easy fluid motion give this machine an A++ rating in my book!. While this is not an advertisement, you may want to check out the bowflex website or other websites that offer exercise equipment. At any rate, get started on a healthier life style.

Be active, be healthy and be happy!

Zune Download - Where to Download Zune Movies, music, and Software?

You are one of the million people that own a Zune. While the ability to share musicwith your friends is a truly awesome option, maybe they are too lame to have a Zune. So you are left trying to figure out how to load up your player with all of the downloadable movies, musicand software. Well, I am going to help you out.

While there are many, many sites out there that you could visit where you could download Zune movies for free or download Zune software for free. Stay away from those. Most of those sites are riddled with pop-ups and banner ads all over the place. While yes, you can download until your heart is content, you could also be allowing spyware and adware to infect your computer. I would have to say the expense that it will cost when all your financial data is swiped from your computer and you have to repair your computer is far greater then if you join a membership site.

Oh yes, Zune has them as well. Of the top five sites that are recommended, each offers an unlimited download membership for one very low payment. Not one of these sites charges over forty dollars. I am only going to give you the top three.

The first site for you to visit to get the latest music, movies and software for your Zune is Zune Xpress. For $34.95, which is a lifetime membership, onetime fee for unlimited downloads. Download Zune movies, all of your favorites, there are no restrictions. The site is easy to use and is ranked a 5/5 in quality and support. All of the latest downloadable Zune software is available.

Zune Reactor also offers a lifetime membership with unlimited downloads for $38.96. Here you can download Zune movies and television shows. They also offer access to all of the latest downloadable Zune software as soon as it is available.

Zune Video Pro is another site that is easy to use, and they also offer a lifetime membership with unlimited downloads for $39.95. They boost that they have the best downloadable Zune movies and TV shows. While they are still one of the top three, the didnt get a 5/5 on ease of use and support. Their ranking was a 4.5, but the quality of the products is a stellar 5.

If you are looking for places to download Zune software and to download Zune movies, as well as the musicthen the above mentioned sites will help you out. They will save you money and not ruin your computer. They arent the only sites out there but they are the best of the best.

How To Recognize The Symptoms Of Adult Ear Infection

While ear infections in children are common, they can still affect adults and are caused by bacteria getting inside the ear.

Cause Of Adult Ear Infection

Bacteria enters the middle ear through what is known as the eustachian tube. When this happens, infection usually occurs. The resultant infection swells the middle ear lining which in turn causes blockage in the eustachian tube. This leads to the formation of fluid build up and as it increases, can cause temporary hearing loss and pain. Unchecked, the fluid build up can reach levels pressuring the ear drum and damaging it.

While there are several reasons adult ear infection can surface such as bacteria and viruses or from the common cold, it must be noted an adult doesn't necessarily have to be ill to become infected. Water in the ears which is left to sit or mucous deposited into the eustachian tubes from blowing the nose can lead to infection.

Adult Ear Infection Symptoms

The following are the symptoms of adult ear infection:

- blockage in the ear

- temporary hearing loss

- pain in the ear

- fever and dizziness

It's important to see your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms especially for any length of time. Caught early, infection can be treated quite comfortably and any further complications can be halted.

Adult Ear Infection Treatment

When infection is suspected, your doctor will conduct a standard examination to confirm whether the symptoms being experienced are as a result of adult ear. Bear in mind if the initial examination is a little clouded then further tests may be required.

Bacterial related infections are treated with antibiotics. If infection is diagnosed immediately or you go in to see your doctor at the first sign of symptoms, antibiotics could be delayed. This is because in adults, improvement can occur without the use of medication.

If the situation doesn't improve following a couple of days, then a course of antibiotics will usually be prescribed. As with the use of any antibiotic treatment, a prescribed course should be completed from start to finish.

Viral infections are a little more troublesome to treat. In fact, in some cases, minor surgery could be recommended to help dissipate the build up and drain the fluid in the ear.

While using cotton buds is usually frowned upon by the medical profession, leaving water in the ear from either showering or swimming is not a good idea. The use of an approved flush could be recommended for the ear or for the nose, nasal sprays, which have proven effective as a way of washing out bacteria.
